Now that the statistics show a slight improvement in home sales, you will see many experts claim that the housing prices are reaching a bottom.  Are they?  I think housing prices may be a forming a 2009 bottom, with positive results to follow for the next few months.  Beyond that, I suspect it won’t be pretty.
