Real Estate Market Update

Real Estate Market Update

As a resident of the Bixby Knolls area of Long Beach, California, I’m interest in local real estate activity.  Of course, as a Realtor, I have access to all the active properties, pending properties, and sold properties listed in the MLS, but you most likely don’t have easy access to sold property information with details regarding the property.

To help residents of the Bixby Knolls area of Long Beach, as well as the surrounding communities of Virginia Country Club, Los Cerritos, Chateau Thierry, California Heights, Country Club Manor, and Ridgewood Heights, each month I post the sales data for that month on my website.

This blog post is to let you know that I’ve just posted an update to the real estate sales data on my website.

You can access the data by visiting my website.  Use the following link to go directly to the neighborhood sales page:

I leave the data from previous months on my web, so you can look back a few months to get a more complete picture of market activity.

In addition to the Long Beach neighborhoods of Bixby Knolls, and so forth that I just mentioned, I’ve posted all the sales data for Torrance.  I formerly had my office in Torrance, so I’m familiar with that area as well.  The entire city of Torrance has quite a bit of real estate activity, so I’ve broken the city into North, South, East, and West regions.

And getting back to Long Beach, it is a large city with hundreds of sales every month, too many for me to post.  Even so, I am willing to accommodate special requests for other areas of Long Beach, and for that matter anywhere in Los Angeles or Orange County.

I have all the data…

Let me know if you have a special request.
