Long Beach real estate sales data have been updated on my website to reflect the sales in the northwest section of Long Beach including the neighborhoods of Bixby Knolls, Virginia Country Club, Los Cerritos, Chateau Thierry, Country Club Manor, Ridgewood Heights, and California Heights.

Data for sales made in December 2009 were just posted.  Data are already available for July-November 2009.

The December sales period was light on activity, a normal situation during the holiday season.
